4. Reservations

4.1 Booking Confirmation

Reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once you receive confirmation by email or SMS.

4.2 Late Arrival

We may release your table if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.

4.3 Cancellations & No-Shows

For large groups (e.g. 6+ guests), we may require a deposit.
Deposits may be retained in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Cancellation policies will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

 

5. Online Ordering (If Applicable)

5.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary (e.g. pricing errors, stock issues).

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

5.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of ordering via secure third-party payment providers.

5.4 Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Risk in takeaway items passes to you upon collection or delivery.

 

6. Consumer Rights & Cancellation

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022:

● Food and perishable goods are generally exempt from the 14-day “cooling-off” period for online sales.
● If food supplied is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you may be entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund).

7. Gift Vouchers

● Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
● Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
● We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
● Expired vouchers will not be accepted unless otherwise required by law.
 

8. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

We make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements.

However:

● Customers must inform staff of any allergies before ordering.
● While we follow food safety procedures, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens due to shared preparation areas.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

● Death or personal injury caused by negligence
● Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
● Any liability that cannot legally be limited under Irish law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
